We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-impact web applications using React for the front-end and Microsoft SQL Server for the back-end. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, capable of architecting scalable solutions, optimizing application performance across the stack, and mentoring junior team members in an Agile environment.

• Database Architecture & Optimization: Architect robust and scalable SQL Server databases, including designing schemas, in memory optimization, writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and implementing performance tuning strategies (indexing, execution plan analysis).
• API Integration: Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless data flow and integration between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues across the entire application stack.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Documentation & Testing: Prepare technical documentation and specifications and implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.

• Experience: Proven experience as a full-stack or senior software developer, with significant hands-on experience in both React and Microsoft SQL Server development.
• Back-End/Database Expertise: Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, database design principles, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.
• Tools & Methodologies: Experience with version control systems (Git), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and front-end build tools (Webpack).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field along with 7 years of work experience
