* Develop and maintain scalable, stable, reliable, and secure applications using Python/Java and modern frontend frameworks like React JS. Leverage vibe coding best practices to build production-grade applications and prototypes faster.
* Implement microservices-based solutions on AWS cloud platform.
* Incorporate microservices, APIs, MCPs and event-driven processes.
* Implement CI/CD practices for software applications.
* Monitor model performance in production and manage model drift, retraining, and rollback strategies.
* Use critical thinking to investigate issues with systems and data, and identify solutions for short-term remediation and long-term strategy.
Requirements:
* Must have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in software development;
Pharma/Life Sciences experience is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java, and a UI framework, preferably React JS
* Solid understanding of AI concepts and familiarity in developing AI applications.
* Practical experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using tools like Lang Chain is a plus.
* Experience with AWS Cloud services such as Lambda, S3, Dynamo
DB, Bedrock, Sage Maker, is a plus.
* Good data analytics skills - SQL/No
SQL databases, able to write efficient queries.
* Strong technical expertise combined with a demonstrated commitment and passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Must be a relationship builder and capable of working effectively in a highly matrix organization with strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills.
