Frontend Architect​/Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Architect / Lead with strong expertise in Angular and React.js to design and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. This role combines hands‑on development, architecture ownership, technical leadership, and innovation with a strong focus on microfront ends, performance optimization, and AI‑driven engineering productivity.

• Define and drive frontend architecture for scalable and modular applications
• Lead implementation of microfront end architecture (Module Federation, single-spa, etc.)
• Build and deliver critical features using Angular and React with high code quality
• Drive frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, runtime efficiency)
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and reusable design patterns
• Leverage AI tools like Git Hub Copilot and ChatGPT to improve developer productivity and SDLC efficiency
• Introduce innovative solutions to enhance user experience and engineering outcomes
• Mentor developers and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams

• Strong hands‑on experience in Angular (v10+) and React.js
• Experience with microfront end architecture and modern frontend frameworks
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization tools such as Lighthouse and Webpack
• Experience with state management tools like NgRx, Redux, Zustand, etc.
• Familiarity with REST/Graph

• Strong understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD practices

• Strong problem‑solving and innovation mindset
• Ability to lead, mentor, and influence engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to design systems and SSR (Next.js / Angular Universal)
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO
• Experience integrating AI‑powered features into applications
