Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced .NET FHIR Developer to build and maintain healthcare applications supporting interoperability and data exchange. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, FHIR (R4/R5), REST APIs, and experience working in the US Healthcare domain, particularly with CMS Grievances, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA).
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and REST APIs.
  • Implement and support FHIR R4/R5 resources for healthcare data exchange.
  • Integrate with EHR systems and external healthcare platforms.
  • Develop secure APIs using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
  • Work with JSON, XML, SQL Server, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and CI/CD deployments.
  • Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API
  • Hands-on experience with FHIR (R4 preferred) and healthcare interoperability
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or No

    SQL databases
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS, Git, and CI/CD tools
  • Experience with HL7/FHIR and healthcare integrations
  • Understanding of US Healthcare workflows and standards
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other EHR integrations
  • Knowledge of SMART on FHIR
  • Experience in CMS Grievances, Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) processes
