Noom is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Architecture team in Princeton. You will drive technical leadership for the backend platform, shaping configuration, entitlements, and shared data services used by multiple teams, while actively contributing as an IC.
In the near term, you will help refine agentic backend development practices and, long term, define Noom's architecture vision to scale securely and compliantly, with a focus on AI-enabled tooling to boost efficiency.
