We are looking for a Senior Service Now Developer with strong development and platform management experience to design, develop, configure, and support Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Service Now modules, custom application development, integrations, and platform administration.

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now applications and modules.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer, and ACLs
  .
• Manage and enhance Service Now platform functionality based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
  .
• Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Perform Service Now platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now technical solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, deployments, and release management.
• Follow Service Now development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Support code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong Service Now development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Now development and platform management/administration
  .
• Strong knowledge of Java Script and Service Now scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer/Workflows
  .
• Experience with Service Now ITSM modules.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
  .
• Experience with Service Now upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Service Now architecture, data model, tables, forms, and workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with additional Service Now modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, ITOM, or HRSD
  .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
