Aem Developer
Location:

Remote to On-site
Duration: 3 month Contract to Hire
The Senior AEM Developer will be working closely with the development team to implement a specified application design within the constraints of the technical solution and work to find compromises when desired designs cannot be achieved. They’ll also investigate and resolve bugs and deficiencies in the product codebase. Finally, they’ll build and maintain internal tools to streamline the software development process and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer Computer Science or Engineering. Masters degree a plus but not required.
- AEM Developer certification is a big plus.
- 5 years of experience with Adobe AEM.
- Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
- Solid experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Dispatcher, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows
- Strong JEE and front end technology experience in React, JQuery, SASS, CSS
- Experience with Continuous Integration and automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
- Experience in integration with components of Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Campaign)
- Experience with AEM workflows setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management
- Assist in deploying applications to Dev, UAT, Production environments and migrations
- Experience with software engineering tools, such as Eclipse, Maven, Git, and others.
- 1 years of experience working in an agile, preferably SAFe, environment.
- Experience with software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented design, data structures, dependency injection, testable code, and algorithms.
- Write clean, maintainable code, and read and review code created by others.
- Experience working with a distributed team (on/off shore)
- Experience working in a mixed environment of employees and vendors
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Be highly collaborative, a fast learner and willing to work wherever needed on the team.
- Domain knowledge of health care, call center, or public sector preferred but not required.
