We offer paid training and flexible shifts, with the option to work as few as 10 hours a week or up to 20–30 hours per week.

As a swim instructor/teacher you will:

• Enjoy working with children; this is similar to babysitting but with 30‑minute sessions.
• Work in a heated indoor pool.
• Smile, give high‑fives, and sing songs for the children.
• Show up for work on time.
• Communicate with teammates—send or answer texts, emails, and phone calls.
• Pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation.

High‑school diploma or GED is preferred.

It would be great if you already hold Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications. Those certificates qualify you for a higher starting rate, but if you do not have them, you may be willing to obtain them; we may pay for certification.

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschoolers and elementary‑aged children. The job includes specialized training in the unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, where you might talk to parents on the phone or at the pool.
