Springdale Golf Club is excited to announce the career opportunity of Guest Services Attendant. Ideal candidates will thrive in creating a positive experience by assisting members and guests with outside services as they play a critical role in the success of the overall golf experience at the Club.

Pay Range: $/hour BOE

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Performs range maintenance such as: set-up of range, oversees presentation of chipping and putting areas, maintains a large amount of range ball inventory, picks range and cleans range balls.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains accurate records of tee sheets, cart rentals and club rentals.
• Provides assistance to any customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties as required.
• Maintains high overall cleanliness of all related work areas.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be comfortable standing for the majority of your shift.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold, windy and raining.
• Knowledge or an understanding of the game of golf is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
