Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for this entry‑level position at the Norfolk Southern Morrisville Yard in Langhorne, PA. This permanent role offers on‑the‑job training and opportunities for advancement into forklift operator, crane operator, lift operator, foreman, supervisor, or management positions.

8 a.m. shift (most likely), 5 days a week, 8–10 hours daily with occasional up to 12‑hour days.

• Drive company vehicles safely.
• Spotting and parking intermodal freight trailers.
• Locking and unlocking intermodal freight trains.
• Maintain safety‑mindful compliance with rules and regulations.

• Starting rate: $20.06 per hour.
• After 30 days: $21.24 per hour.
• After 6 months: $23.60 per hour.
• 401 K contribution of 3 % up to 40 hours per week.

• Medical, vision, and dental coverage begin after 60 days (medical) and 90‑day probation (other benefits).

• Valid driver’s license.
