We’re looking for a passionate and curious Operative, Supply Chain Operations to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to execute safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse and distribution activities, supporting reliable material flows across the site. You’ll have the freedom to ask hard questions, think outside the box, and find creative solutions that push us forward. This role will perform tasks according to defined procedures while developing functional knowledge and applying lean ways of working.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Perform warehouse tasks such as goods receipt, accurate storage, internal material provisioning (milk run), and inventory activities including cycle counts.
- Conduct distribution activities such as packing, labelling, and shipping of goods according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory lab supplies and consumables, and coordinate with labs about material requirements.
- Operate logistics tools and equipment (e.g., ERP/WMS, scanners, packing tools) following defined work instructions.
- Apply lean thinking in daily work, contributing to orderly, safe, and efficient workflows.
- Escalate issues when instructions are unclear or deviations occur; follow guidance from supervisors for special or complex tasks.
- Support the maintenance of compliant, clean, and safe working environments by following SOPs and safety standards.
- Handle and process receipts of materials and consumables, and interact with representatives of third party couriers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, Supply Chain Operations.
- High school diploma or more than two years of relevant job experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Training in GDP/GMP, hazardous goods, or goods handling is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of logistics workflows; ability to perform tasks following instructions.
- Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Understanding of own role and responsibilities within the supply chain.
- Experience with logistics tools (ERP/WMS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical materials or regulated environments is beneficial.
- Experience of working in a laboratory setting is beneficial.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. This is an hourly, non‑exempt role. The hourly rate offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include medical, dental and vision, short‑term and long‑term disability, company‑paid basic life insurance, 401(k) company match, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
