Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate at Grainger, you'll help keep customers' operations running by accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will receive, store, and replenish inventory, use RF scanners and material-handling equipment, and follow strict safety and quality standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll support continuous improvement, maintain a clean, organized warehouse, and contribute to a reliable, mission-critical supply chain serving customers across many industries.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established standards
• Receive, inspect, and store inbound inventory and materials
• Replenish stock locations and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely
• Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks while protecting product integrity
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
• Identify and support process and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as business needs require
