- A minimum of 3 years as a steel estimator.
- Knowledgeable as an estimator with metalwork experience in mechanical/waterworks, commercial or miscellaneous steel; CAD experience required.
- Primary activities estimating for waterworks wholesale supplier and civil drawings.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives; excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of waterworks estimating – analyze construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine materials required. Use of TEKLA Software is a plus.
- Detailing experience is a plus; working knowledge of Excel; ability to read blueprints (required).
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- In‑house – No remote working.
- Must pass a drug test; we provide a drug‑free work environment.
- This position is in‑house only.
Fabhar Facility is currently in Princeton, TX which will be moving to Van Alstyne, TX in winter of 2026.
