Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Princeton, TX and Prosper, TX, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, and providing oversight of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Key responsibilities include training and supporting a team of behavior therapists, collaborating with families to provide parent education, monitoring progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Expertise in Behavior Management and intervention strategies
  • Experience in Parent Education and family collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of Psychology and developmental challenges in children
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or with autism therapy is preferred
