Salary and Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $14.5 to $27.5 per hour, depending on location and qualifications. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. Associates may need to stand for extended periods and assist customers with questions or needs.
