Job Responsibilities

• All cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce 100% adherence to all policy and procedures.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, and cash handling.
• Food management and working to a schedule.

• Delivering excellent customer service.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide); calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Varying weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36° (cools) to 90°+ (hot areas). Sudden temperature changes, food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°+, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts are present. Exposure to talk and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces are required.

• Standing: most tasks performed standing.
• Walking: short distances for short durations.
• Sitting: paperwork normally completed at desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) unloaded with hand truck; piles stacked up to 72" high.
• Carrying: large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), pizza dough trays (~12 lbs each).
• Pushing: trays on dollies (~24"–30", up to 7.5 lbs force).
• Pulling: trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing: navigate stairs or ladders infrequently for maintenance or price changes.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist at pizza assembly; limit 30–45 seconds at a time.
• Crouching/Squatting: occasional use for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching: continuously up, down, and forward; above 72" when turning ovens or handling shelves.
• Tools/Machines: pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter/peel.

• Domino's management experience plus.

• Deliver product by car to customer doorstep.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
• Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other sites while carrying product.

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Driving to deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Walking between store, vehicle, and customer's location.
• Climbing five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering, driving, and couponing.

• Far vision and night vision for driving.
