• Organize, lead, and manage IT projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with IT resources and customers to develop project scope, charter, and plans
• Ensure effective communication and relationships between customers and project team members
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for project design and deployment
• Coordinate project deliverables and meet project milestones with internal and external teams

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program
• 3-4 years of project management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong facilitation and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Previous end‑to‑end experience in a project management role leading Epic software implementations
