Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Director role is based in Princeton, WV. The Sales Director will lead the local sales function, set sales targets, and develop strategies to grow revenue and market share. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales operations, overseeing the sales team, coaching and performance management, and ensuring high-quality customer service in all client interactions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with leadership on forecasts, budgets, and reporting.

The Sales Director will also refine processes, monitor key metrics, and ensure alignment between sales activities and overall business objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain high client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance tracking, and team leadership.
• Relevant experience in consumer services or related industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
