We are seeking a Full-Time RN Medical Team Administrator to lead on-site medical operations at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This is a solo RN role in a structured, secure environment where your decisions matter and your voice leads patient care.

This position goes far beyond traditional nursing leadership. You will serve as the primary clinical authority on-site, coordinating care, advocating for an underserved population, and making real-time, evidence-based decisions with autonomy and support from a larger SHP medical network.
