Bend, Madras & Central Oregon Region
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until assignments are complete)
Route CoverageBend, Madras, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Terrebonne & surrounding areas
Pay$28.00 per hour (no commission or per-vehicle payouts)
Guaranteed30 hours per week

The Role
Pro-Motion Pix is hiring a full-time Dealership Lot Technician to support dealership vehicle inventory and photography. While this role is often called an Automotive Photographer, it’s much more than just taking pictures. You’ll help dealerships maintain clean, accurate, and visually appealing online listings by capturing high-quality photos, 360° interior spins, and walk around videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and producing consistent, high-quality work.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training to set you up for success.
- Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
- Capture interior and exterior photos, 360° spins, videos, and window labels using our mobile app
- Locate vehicle keys, move vehicles, and stage them for photography
- Apply inventory labels and window stickers as needed
- Communicate with dealership staff about missing or unready vehicles
- Work independently, stay organized, and complete assignments on schedule
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
- Manual transmission experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- $28.00 per hour with guaranteed weekly hours
- Paid training — no photography experience required
- Company-issued iPhone and photography equipment
- Mileage reimbursement between dealership locations
- Branded uniform shirts, hats, and jackets provided
