We are looking for a leader that brings fun and challenges onto the slopes daily by creating an environment of trust, encouragement and enjoyment for first-time learners or skill-building guests. At Willamette Pass Ski Resort the company purpose is to Give People the Freedom to Ski while providing high-quality service to our guests, if this sounds like you,

• Handle all aspects of lesson activities while providing a safe, fun and professional learning and working environment
• Responsible for training and assigning work
• Create and maintain instructor schedules
• Handle general line-up, operations and on-snow tasks
• Monitors lesson groups to ensure quality and safety
• Complete daily reports for payroll
• Teach lessons as needed
• Other assigned duties
• Promote and emphasis safety in all classes

• At least two years of experience as a ski or snowboard instructor is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership or team-building role is preferred
• Knowledge of snow sport school products and procedures
• Expert skill in skiing or snowboarding
• PSIA/AASI Membership in good standing is preferred
• Must be available to work 4 days per week, including holidays and weekends
• This position often requires standing and skiing or snowboarding for extended periods of time, in various weather conditions
