About the Role:
Machine Operators are critical to our success and play an important role in our manufacturing operations. This entry‑level position requires technical ability and the willingness to learn a variety of machines, tools, and processes. Machine Operator I team members support production by preparing, operating, and inspecting materials and finished products.
On a daily basis, this role may involve feeding and preparing materials, inspecting parts, packaging finished goods, and supporting machine setup and cleanup. Operators use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and follow production specifications to meet quality and productivity goals.
This position reports to a department lead and works closely with team members to meet production targets. If you are reliable, detail‑oriented, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a fast‑paced team environment, this role could be a great fit for you!
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills or ability to learn systems and processes
- Ability to read and understand measurements, drawings, and production specifications
- Comfortable using hand and power tools, including saws and drills
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced production environment
