Role Overview

Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a small community nursing home that values a family vibe. As an LPN or RN, you will provide medication assistance and administration, nursing services, staff training and supervision, and overall resident wellbeing.

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication assistance and administration, and other required care while encouraging self‑care and independence as permitted by state regulations.
• Train and supervise nursing and support staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care is delivered according to resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies and determine appropriate medical measures within RN scope of practice and state regulations.
• Support residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment.

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Typical candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
