• Sell vehicles to clients and other sales staff
• Greet clients and provide product information
• Demonstrate product features to clients
• Negotiate vehicle prices with management staff
• Use computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects and build rapport, referrals, and future sales
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
• Assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays

• Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts
• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrid models
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including use of snow‑removal tools
• Occasional travel to out‑of‑town training events
• Ability to use computers and phones up to ¼ of shift
