Service Representative

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Sales and Service Representative to grow and service a territory of industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. In this field-based role, you will sell environmental services, used oil recycling, and parts cleaning programs while providing ongoing account management and route support. You'll educate customers on environmental compliance, safety, and sustainability, partnering with operations and logistics to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a territory of industrial, automotive, and commercial customers for Safety-Kleen environmental services
• Sell waste management, used oil recycling, and parts cleaning solutions to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide ongoing service, account management, and route support to existing customers
• Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and compliance-focused solution proposals
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policies
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and document customer interactions
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure high service quality and safety
• Educate customers on environmental regulations, safety standards, and sustainable programs
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and compliance programs
• Report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to sales leadership
