- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‐related protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
- Monitor entry points, badge activity, and visitor traffic while reporting unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Support daily operations by assisting with directions, answering routine questions, and completing detailed activity and incident reports related to security matters.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
