QBO Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time QBO Bookkeeper to join our team at Purple Wall Business SVS. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of Client financial transactions.

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role demonstrating you are pursuing a career in this field.
• Permanent position that could migrate into full-time upon mastery of workload!

• Proficiency in the following software:
  • QBO
    - Quick Books Online
  • Quicken
  • Microsoft Excel (and other Microsoft Office Apps)
  • Google Workplace (Calendar, Contacts, Chrome)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook desktop apps)
• Associate's degree (or higher) in Accounting or related field preferred
• Tax accounting for Schedule C, 1120S, and 1065 filers
• Accounting for 941/940 & payroll related entry

This is a part-time position (10-20 Hours/Week) with a salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer tuition reimbursement for employees looking to further their education in accounting, tax, or related fields.
