Job OverviewThe Concierge plays a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized guidance and support. Responsibilities include assisting guests with reservations, check‑ins, retail purchases, and departure processes. In addition, the Concierge collaborates with larger teams during special events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.
Create Your Path:The Work You’ll Do
- Efficiently guide guests through the check‑in and check‑out process, ensuring smooth and welcoming transitions.
- Manage guest reservations both over the phone and in person with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with the retail gift shop operations, including inventory monitoring, restocking, and sales transactions to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding dining options, entertainment, and other attractions within Mystic Lake.
- Support the coordination of special events and group activities to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Gather and relay guest feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and increase guest satisfaction.
- Promptly and professionally address and resolve guest concerns or complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to maintain consistent communication and deliver exceptional service.
- Build strong rapport with guests, taking pride in offering a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to confidently make recommendations to guests.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Concierge role or a related customer service position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering superior customer service.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, including on feet 100% of time.
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
