Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community’s Launch Pad Golf is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests, assist with reservations, and manage check-in/out, while guiding guests through the guest journey.
You’ll support the gift shop, offer dining and activity recommendations, help coordinate events, collect feedback, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable experiences. The role requires 1+ year in concierge or related customer service and strong communication skills.
