    Job goals:
    To provide academic support to students under the direction of teaching staff.

    Performance Responsibilities
  • Work with students to reinforce, review, and practice reading, math, and other academic skills under the direction of teaching and administrative staff.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students under the direction of teaching and administrative staff.
  • Provide small group support to students under the direction of teaching and administrative staff.
  • Administer informal assessments under the direction of teaching and administrative staff.
  • Monitor student behavior.
  • Reinforce and practice appropriate social skills, and where appropriate, IEP/504 goals.
  • Communicate student progress and needs to teaching and administrative staff.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
