Come join our Marketing Team as a VIP Host! In this role, you will support our VIP guests, ensuring that each of their visits to our casino is enjoyable and unforgettable.
In this role you will build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, manage all aspects of the VIP guest experience on the property, and strive to delight our guests, exceeding their expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service. VIP Hosts will engage with guests using a rich set of tools, including real‑time data about their play.
Enjoy a consistent schedule of four 10‑hour shifts each week, giving you three days off. This position will primarily require evening and weekend availability, with shifts typically ending at 2:30 a.m. On rare occasions, business needs may require shifts to extend until 4:30 a.m.
Weekly pay, health benefits, and a 4 day work week.
Required Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred.
- One year of guest services, casino marketing, professional consumer sales, or similar experience.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in e‑mail, word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
- Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize the guest service experience.
- Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
