South Metro Federal Credit Union, a fast growing, successful credit union in the south metro area is seeking an experienced Member Service Representative to join our team.

As a valued colleague of SMFCU, you play a critical role in delivering an exceptional Member experience during every interaction. This unique position requires an individual who has a strong commitment to consultative Member service, in an environment where growth is occurring in all business lines.

• Acting as a point of first impression for SMFCU, this individual must possess and deliver a commitment to Member service, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Engaging and building strong relationships with new and existing Members to effectively identify and make recommendations to solve their financial needs, including, but not limited to, new products, services and technology‑based solutions.
• Accurately processing transactions related to teller services.
• Making referrals to other departments within the Credit Union as appropriate, such as consumer lending, mortgage lending and business lending.
• Operating in full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and laws.
