The City of Credit River is hiring a full time Permit Technician. This position reviews building permit and zoning applications, assists with all Building and Zoning permits, contractor licenses, code compliance, and data retention of all Building and Zoning files. Assists the public and City staff with policies and procedures related to City Code and State Building codes. Additional duties require communication and coordination with citizens, businesses, commissioners, elected officials, staff and consultants.
Work is performed under the limited supervision of the City Administrator.
