• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of stylists
• Set the tone for an amazing guest experience for kids and parents
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily salon operations
• Help drive revenue through excellent service, teamwork, and local marketing
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong, cohesive stylist team
• Model high technical standards and provide coaching when needed

• Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager’s License (required)
• 5+ years behind the chair; leadership or management experience a strong plus
• A warm, professional, positive personality
• Ability to build, coach, and energize a team
• Passion for delivering great haircuts and great experiences
