Job Overview: Ensures high standards of guest service and successful sales generation, while protecting company assets. Helps to maintain and enhance a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members. Ensures cleanliness, organization and safe conditions of retail areas

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM
EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION
and
EXPERIENCE
required in order
to meet
the expectations of this job:
- Any combination of education and/or leadership/training experience in hospitality or guest service environment to equal two years.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database and electronic software.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
