This part-time, with potential to grow to full-time role empowers you to use your skills meaningfully—while maintaining control of your schedule.

• Pay: $37–$42+ per hour, based on experience
• Flexible scheduling – build a caseload that fits your lifestyle

• Develop and update individualized client care plans
• Conduct supervisory RN visits to assess condition and quality of services
• Collaborate with the Director to match care needs with the right services
• Provide hands‑on caregiver training in our Prior Lake training center
• Ensure caregivers demonstrate competency with delegated tasks
• Reassess each client’s needs and satisfaction every 90 days or as needed
• Document any changes in client condition and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain communication with clients and designated family members
