Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep

You’ll be the first friendly face guests see when they stop by the Ice Arena Concessions, welcoming them with great service and a smile. This is an ideal first job—or a perfect fit for someone just starting out—where you’ll greet and assist members and guests, prepare and sell food and beverages, handle cash and point‑of‑sale transactions, and keep things clean and well‑stocked.

The purpose of this position is to contribute to membership sales and retention; oversee the functions at the assigned desk, assist members and guests in a professional, courteous and service‑oriented manner; and provide service enhancements to members and guests.
Hours We Are Hiring For- Weekdays Game Nights Start Time: 4:00, 4:30, and 5:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday Dependent on Game and Tournament Schedule
- Saturday and Sunday if No Games Scheduled 1:00 - 5:00 PM
- Welcome and greet members and guests, addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain schedules for usage of gyms, courts, golf simulator, batting machine, salon, and/or bowling facility.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation and equipment usage.
- Reconcile daily sales at Proshop, Recharge, Concessions, or Bowling.
- Assign alleys, collect fees, issue equipment to bowlers, and correct pin‑resetting machine malfunctions.
- Operate equipment necessary for the sale of items and prepare an adequate supply of food and beverages.
- Perform point‑of‑sale functions for change and cash sales.
- Monitor daily inventory of food and beverage supplies and conduct weekly product inventory for reorder.
- Assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of area and equipment.
- Provide service enhancements to members and guests; assist with questions, concerns, and directions.
- Ability to pass a basic math test.
- CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
- Physical ability to perform required job duties with or without accommodations, including being on your feet 100% of the time.
