Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area, Waconia, Elmore, and surrounding referral markets

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Move-In Commissions (OTE $105,000 - $160,000+)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

What You'll Own Referral Development & Territory Growth
  • Build and strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, county agencies, rehabilitation centers, TCUs, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Create new referral relationships while expanding existing partnerships.
  • Become a recognized resource throughout your territory for assisted living and memory care placement needs.
Admissions & Occupancy Growth
  • Convert referrals into tours and tours into move-ins.
  • Guide families through complex care decisions with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Create exceptional experiences throughout the admissions process.
  • Help drive occupancy goals across multiple communities.
  • Maintain a highly organized sales pipeline.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects and referral partners.
  • Track referral activity, tours, move-ins, conversion ratios, and sales performance metrics.
  • Develop strategies to improve results and maximize opportunities.
Community Representation
  • Represent Sunflower Communities at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community functions.
  • Build visibility and brand awareness throughout the marketplace.
