Leasing Consultant

The Opportunity Jeffers Waterfront Apartments is an upscale residential community. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated communicator with a passion for customer service to join our professional team. In this role, you will be the face of our community, directly interacting with prospective and current residents to provide a luxury living experience.

Primary Responsibilities Sales & Leasing:
Manage phone and email inquiries, conduct personalized tours of apartments and amenities, and utilize professional closing techniques to secure leases.

Administrative Excellence:
Process applications, complete lease paperwork, maintain organized resident files, and ensure accurate computer data entry.

Resident Relations:
Assist new residents with the move-in process, handle service requests promptly, and manage lease renewals to maintain high community retention.

Marketing Support:
Contribute to social media presence and outside marketing efforts to promote the property and drive prospective traffic.

Front Office Operations:
Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide exceptional administrative support as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in property management.

Proficiency in Yardi and experience with Lease-ups.

Proven track record in sales and upscale market-rate leasing.

Availability:
Must be able to work evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule.
