Come join our Hotel Operations Team as our Business Travel Manager! In this opportunity you would coordinate and manage individual business traveler reservations, secure agreements for company travelers’ room accommodations, and pursue new corporate relationships. Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing the management of all Individual Business Traveler bookings and driving profitable business growth through managing relationships and sales‑contracted corporate business while meeting and exceeding the hotel sales budget.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all group block reservations, including those made by Group Sales, Player Development, and Entertainment once contracts have been executed.
- Develop outside sales goals for the Business Travel segment, maintain relationships with corporate clients and business travel accounts, and handle all rate agreements in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
- Maintain and develop client relationships to support and establish hotel occupancy while increasing brand awareness throughout the community.
- Combination of post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Hotel Administration or related field and experience in revenue management, hotel sales, Local Negotiated Rate Management or related field equal to five years.
- Knowledge of Opera, Agilysys or similar PMS, GDS and Revenue Management systems.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Proficient in statistical and competitive analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations on a regular basis.
