Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive product and examine product for damage.
• Store product according to established procedures.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records.
• Enter inventory information into ERP system.
• Understand and follow inventory management SOPs.
• Pick orders and prepare for shipment.
• Troubleshoot issues utilizing the ERP system and reporting tools.
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, and other tools as needed.
• Contribute to the daily maintenance and general cleanliness of the warehouse area.
• Assist with other material management tasks when needed.

• Warehouse environment
• ERP experience
• Communication and people skills

• Some college or technical school preferred OR equivalent related work experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in an automated warehouse environment using scanning/scan gun technology.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Prior experience using a formal ERP-type system is a plus (inventory control & order processing scanner).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Willingness to offer solutions for process improvements.
• Enthusiastic with ability to multi-task.
• Previous forklift experience / Forklift certified is a plus.
• Dependable.
• Previous experience with Ship Exec system a plus.
• Any relevant certifications a plus.

Entry Level.

Contract position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay range: $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
