Registered Nurse – Pediatrics – Acute Care – Nights – Per Diem

Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies, utilizing critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and document care. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs, monitor progress, and record observations
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Delegate care tasks to staff members
• Work effectively within a team to deliver quality care

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate’s or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
