Front Desk & Patient Scheduling Specialist

Keplr Vision, located in Prospect, Connecticut, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I. This customer-facing position is critical for providing high-quality client service and patient care. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, patient check-in and check-out, and various administrative duties at the front desk.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and proficiency with computers. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates eager to learn and present themselves in a professional manner.
