Activities:
Prospect, manage and submit bid RFPs timely responses and incorporating input from relevant associates
Strong understanding in contract management and other commercial contracts
Support product/pricing analysis to ensure accuracy
Support the risk assessment through review and interpretation of legal documentation related to contracts
Improve existing processes and operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and business objectives using action plans and business tools.
Review agreements or proposed agreements
Ability to act as liaison between customers, sales, finance, and legal functions to ensure exceptional customer service
