Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated, full-time Primary Care Physician to join a dynamic, multi-provider adult primary care practice. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with a focus on adult medicine (ages 18+). Ideal candidates will have training in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, outpatient care to adult patients (18+) Manage patient visits, follow-up care, and treatment plans Collaborate with a supportive, engaged office team Minimal phone call for after-hours support to ensure work-life balance Position Highlights:
Full-time, weekday schedule (with an option for a 4-day workweek) 100% outpatient care with no inpatient duties Access to Behavioral Health support, High-Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers for patient care coordination Utilize EPIC electronic health record system, along with HIPAA-compliant texting and patient self-scheduling for improved workflow Infrequent on-call responsibilities for a balanced lifestyle Benefits:

Qualifications:
