A Manager who is kind, patient, and flexible with co-workers and team members; and also good at observing for other's needs, while listening to others, and making room for efficient and effective staff supervision and training of a diverse workforce.
Someone who can manage the entire program needs (with support of course) including medical, financial, programmatic, recreational, and house/facility management. Someone who is willing to explore opportunities for personal expression, new experiences, and routine family interaction for our residents is preferred. - This Program Manager will need to be flexible with your schedule and availability to work due to the nature of 24-hour care for individuals requiring high levels of support in a facility that you might potentially supervise. Someone who is coach-able, interested in personal development, eager to learn and willing to ask questions will fit well in our company culture.
