OverviewCPI-Cummins Allison is seeking a talented and motivated Field Service Data Analyst to support our Field Service Operation. This critical role will involve utilizing data generated through our field service organization to create clear dashboards and valuable insights that will contribute to improving the quality of our service business. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Qlik reporting skills, along with a passion for data analysis and a desire to drive continuous improvement within our service operations.
ResponsibilitiesCollaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including IT, Sales, and Customer Support, to gather and share insights that drive overall business improvement.

- Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a field service or related industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and database management.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems or CRM software.
