About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain / Production Planner to support manufacturing operations in the electronics industry
. In this role, you will develop production schedules, manage inventory, coordinate material availability, and optimize planning processes to ensure on‑time customer deliveries while maintaining efficient inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and forecasts.
  • Plan material requirements and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities, equipment downtime, or supply constraints.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock while preventing shortages.
  • Release and track manufacturing orders using ERP/MRP systems.
  • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and planning data.
  • Analyze planning metrics and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and on‑time delivery.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to support operational goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
    , or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of production planning, supply chain planning, or manufacturing planning experience.
  • Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is required.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP or Oracle
    ).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SQL experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States
