Business Development Representative (BDR)

Are you passionate about technology and excited about helping businesses achieve their goals? As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and generating leads, connecting with decision-makers at mid to large Corporate Accounts, and ultimately driving growth for this industry-leading cloud platform.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on the success of some of the biggest companies in the world. Your mission will be to identify high-potential leads, qualify prospects, and create a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify high-potential corporate accounts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, understanding their pain points and business needs.
  • Together with our Principals, craft compelling value propositions that demonstrate how our cloud solutions can solve their specific challenges and deliver business value.
  • Qualify leads through effective conversations and research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Field Sales and Solutions Architect to build comprehensive solutions and proposals.
  • Extend sales support by preparing detailed prospect information, meeting summaries (if applicable), and contribute to reports that enhance our team’s ability to close deals.
  • Contribute to pipeline development and forecasting, tracking metrics and reporting on progress towards goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven track record of identifying and qualifying leads, driving successful sales cycles, and exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with and engage executives at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented player with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations.
