- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- Working toward CPA eligibility
- Strong GPA preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Eager to learn and build a long-term career in public accounting, tax, or advisory services
